These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the First Lane Financial website and the digital products we sell, including The Financial Reset (together, the "Products"). By purchasing or using a Product, you agree to these Terms.

2. Educational purpose only
Our Products provide general financial education. They are not personalized financial, investment, legal, tax or credit advice. First Lane Financial is not a bank, lender, credit repair organization, credit counselor or registered investment adviser. Any estimates, scores or projections in our Products are illustrations based on the information you enter and general published information; they are not predictions or guarantees of any result.
You are responsible for your own financial decisions. Consider speaking with a qualified professional about your specific situation.
3. Your purchase and license
When you buy a Product, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use it for your own non-commercial purposes. Unless a Product page says otherwise, access is for the life of the Product. You may not resell, share, copy, redistribute or publicly post a Product, its access link or its content.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are charged once at checkout unless a Product page clearly states otherwise. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card number.
5. Delivery and refunds
Delivery and refund terms are described in our Refund & Delivery Policy, which is part of these Terms.
6. Your data
Information you enter into The Financial Reset is stored on your own device. You are responsible for backing it up. We are not responsible for data lost when you clear your browser, change devices or uninstall a browser. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect when you buy from us.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep our Products available and accurate, but we don't guarantee they will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, improve or change Product features over time.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, First Lane Financial is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to a Product is limited to the amount you paid for that Product.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when they last changed. Continued use of a Product after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
