This Privacy Policy explains what information First Lane Financial collects, how we use it and the choices you have. It applies to our website, checkout and digital products, including The Financial Reset.
Information you enter into The Financial Reset
The budget, income, debt, credit card, goal and score information you enter into The Financial Reset is stored in your own web browser on your own device. It is not sent to First Lane Financial, and we cannot see it. If you create a backup file, that file stays wherever you save it.
Information we collect when you buy
- Contact details: your name, email address and, if you provide it, phone number.
- Order details: the product you bought, the price, the date and your billing ZIP code or address as needed for payment and taxes.
- Payment information: handled directly by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number.
- Basic technical data: such as browser type and pages visited on our website, collected by our website and email platform.
How we use your information
- To process your order and deliver access to your purchase
- To provide customer support
- To send service emails, such as access details and monthly check-in reminders
- To send occasional news about our products, if permitted; you can unsubscribe at any time
- To prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, such as our payment processor (Stripe) and our website, email and customer management platform, and only as needed to provide their services. We may also disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep order and contact records for as long as needed to provide our products, meet tax and accounting requirements and resolve disputes.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email.
- Ask us to access, correct or delete your contact and order information by emailing [email protected]. Some records may need to be kept for legal reasons.
- Delete the data in The Financial Reset at any time from its Settings page, or by clearing your browser data.
Security
Our website and checkout use encrypted HTTPS connections, and card payments are processed by Stripe, which is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1.
Children
Our products are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13.

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date shows when it last changed.
